What we collect, and what we don't.
The bela.so website has no accounts, no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers — it is a static set of computed pages. The Bela app uses the birth details you enter only to compute your personal timing — never for ads, never sold. This page explains both, plainly. The website
bela.so is a static site: every page is pre-computed at build time from the engine's own data. There is no login, no account, no newsletter signup and no first-party cookie. We run no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker of any kind — every page is static HTML, and you can confirm that yourself by reading the page source.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard connection information — your IP address, browser user-agent and the page you requested — to deliver pages and guard against abuse. We do not receive this data ourselves, do not combine it with anything else, and do not use it to build a profile of you.
The app
The Bela app (iOS and Android) computes personal timing — Tara Bala and Chandra Bala against your birth star — from the birth details you enter. Those details are sent to our computation service solely to produce your readings; they are used for nothing else — never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising.
App subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Ultra — see pricing) are billed and managed by the App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details; the store shares only what is needed to confirm your subscription is active.
Your data, your control
Because the website collects nothing personal, there is nothing on our side to access, export or delete from it. To remove the birth details you entered in the app, delete your profile in the app or write to [email protected]and we will remove them. Subscriptions are cancelled directly through the App Store or Google Play, at any time.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the change will be published on this page. We will not narrow what is disclosed here without saying so.
